At Vacationwired.com, we provide our clients with a "Fee Free" self-booking program for car and hotel reservations. For airline reservations, there is a nominal customer service fee of $15.00 per ticket using the self-booking engine.
For those travelers who would like personal assistance with these arrangements, our Vacation Sales Consultants are available under thefollowing fee schedule:
Airline Tickets requiring agent assistance
Issue, Void, Refund, Reissue: $35.00
Coupons and Awards Redemption: $45.00
Delivery Services
Travel documents will be shipped via express delivery, at a cost of $12.00 per shipment domestically and $35.00 per shipment internationally. This will automatically be charged to your credit card on the day of shipment. For Saturday delivery, a $20 surcharge charge will apply.
Land Arrangements
A fee may be assessed for Non-commissionable any car or hotel reservations. Special, non-package, Customized Vacations and/or Group Planning may require a deposit depending upon the complexity of the arrangements. These will be discussed with you prior to project work beginning and begin at $150. These deposits are nonrefundable, however will be credited to the final payment amount.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation penalties apply to most reservations once deposit is received. The specific details of these penalties will be noted on your itinerary prior to the collection of any payments. Please be sure to read this section carefully.
Airline Imposed Fees
Most airlines charge a fee for issuing a "paper ticket". These fees will be reviewed at time of booking.
